Retail Sales Associate

The Retail Sales Associate is a key member of our team, closely interacting with our installation team. This person is expected to maintain a high conversion rate of walk-in prospects to satisfied customers.  This means suggestive selling that is customer-focused and courteous with helpful follow-up through installation.  Candidate must be willing and able to maintain a professional relationship with customers. A key factor in our recruiting effort is to find candidates that have a strong alignment with our core values and our company culture.  We do our jobs well and have fun doing them, which then invites customers' loyalty.  If you love cars, motorcycles, boats, car audio or anything vehicle-related, you might be a great fit for this position.  This role is Full Time; 40+ hours per week.

Job Requirements:

• Basic computer skills, including use of email and internet search

• Prior customer service and/or sales experience

• Consistent attention to detail

• Self motivation

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record

• Automotive or electronics industry experience is preferred, but not required if candidate is dedicated and eager to learn.

• Full Time (40-50 hours/week, including weekend availability)

• Reliability (prompt arrival and dedicated work ethic when scheduled)

Install Technician

​

The Install Technician interacts closely with our Retail Sales team. This role is responsible for completing product installation safely and efficiently.  We have full time (40+ hours/week) openings in the 12 volt, wheel & tire, paint protection film, and window tint installation areas.  Mechanical aptitude, and/or professional automotive industry experience is considered a plus.  Install technicians are expected to work respectfully with co-workers, take responsibility for their work, contribute to an orderly environment, and exhibit dedication and an eagerness to learn new procedures.  Reliability for prompt arrival and dedicated work ethic when scheduled is a must.
